Participants are matched with volunteer mentors who counsel and encourage the participants in developing their business. Mentors maintain contact with the business owner for a minimum of six months. The relationship can continue beyond that time. The one-to-one relationship includes planning, problem solving, brainstorming, active listening, etc. | | | | MicroLoans
